Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BannerSphere S.L. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit bannersphere.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to run the Site.

Information you provide. The Site includes a contact form so you can reach us. This contact form is a front-end demonstration only: it does not transmit your input to any server, store it in a database, or send an email. When you submit the form, the interaction is handled entirely in your browser and no data leaves your device. If you want us to actually receive your message, email banner@bannersphere.com directly.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools may record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this only in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the Site.

Cookies. We may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and measure usage. In line with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) cookie guidance and the EU ePrivacy rules, non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, and you can refuse or withdraw consent as easily as you give it. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings.

Analytics

We may use privacy-focused or standard web analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. These services may set their own cookies and process technical data under their own privacy policies. We use the information only to evaluate and improve the Site.

How we use information

We use the data above to operate, maintain and improve the Site; analyse usage and performance; respond to inquiries you send us by email; and comply with legal obligations.

Third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate the Site — such as our hosting provider, content delivery network, or analytics provider — only to the extent needed to perform those services, and they are obligated to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law. The Site may link to third-party websites whose privacy practices are their own.

Data retention

We retain automatically collected and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes described here, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Because the contact form does not transmit or store submissions, we hold no form-submission records.

Your rights

EEA / UK (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at banner@bannersphere.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
