How we work
A short, honest engagement, and a free audit first.
No twelve-week discovery phase and no mystery. Four steps, clear ownership, and you can stop after the audit with everything we found. Here is exactly what happens, what you get, and what we need from you.
The four steps
From teardown to scale.
Each step has a clear output. You always know what is happening and why.
- 1
Audit and teardown (free)
We pull your live placements, creative, viewability and frequency apart and show you exactly where clicks and conversions leak. You get a written teardown with the first changes we would make, and you keep it whether or not we work together.
- 2
Strategy and creative system
We agree the audiences, inventory and measurement plan, then build one dynamic HTML5 master that generates all six standard IAB sizes and updates from a live feed. Every unit ships under the 600 KB Google Ads budget with a static backup.
- 3
Programmatic setup and launch
We set the campaigns up in your own DV360, The Trade Desk or Google Ads seats, move budget into private marketplace and contextual deals, cap frequency at 3 per user per day, set a viewability floor, and turn on pre-bid fraud and brand-safety screening before a euro is spent.
- 4
Measure, rotate and scale
We report on cost per acquisition and view-through conversions, rotate three creative concepts a week against conversion rate, prune placements that underperform, and scale spend only into what clears the targets. Nothing coasts.
What you get
Concrete outputs at every stage.
No vague retainers. Each phase produces something you can hold, use and keep.
After the audit
- A written teardown of your current display
- Viewability, frequency and fraud findings
- A prioritised list of fixes
In the first month
- A dynamic HTML5 master across all six IAB sizes
- An audience and inventory plan
- A measurement plan built on CPA and view-through
Every month after
- Weekly creative rotation by conversion rate
- A plain-language performance report
- A rolling test and scale roadmap
What we need from you
A light lift to get started.
- A link to a live campaign or an export of your current banners
- Read-only access to your ad and analytics accounts for the audit
- Your conversion definitions and rough monthly display budget
- Brand assets: logo, fonts, product feed or offer source
That is enough for a useful audit. For a full engagement we set everything up inside your own accounts, so you keep the data and the relationships. See exactly what that covers in programmatic media.

Timeline
What a typical first quarter looks like.
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Week 1 | Free audit and teardown delivered; goals, audiences and budget agreed. |
| Weeks 2–3 | Dynamic creative master built across all six IAB sizes; campaigns set up in your seats. |
| Week 4 | Launch with viewability floors, frequency caps and fraud screening live from day one. |
| Weeks 5–12 | Weekly creative rotation, placement pruning, and budget scaled into what clears CPA and view-through targets. |
Questions
The engagement, answered.
Creative fixes show up fastest. A rebuilt dynamic set usually moves click-through and viewability within two to three weeks, because the banners finally fit every placement and load fast. Cost per acquisition takes longer to settle as the buy optimises, so plan on a full quarter to judge the channel fairly.
Yes. Send a campaign or a set of live banners and we return a written teardown: file weight, missing sizes, viewability, frequency and the first changes we would make. You keep it regardless. It is the simplest way for both sides to see whether the fit is right before any money moves.
Most engagements are a management fee on media, typically 10–20% of spend, billed monthly with a short notice period. Creative-only projects are scoped as a fixed fee. We do not take hidden media markups or arbitrage your spend, and you keep your own platform seats and billing.
No. We have run profitable display from modest monthly budgets, and below a media threshold we will simply start with the creative system and a lean retargeting setup rather than full programmatic prospecting. We will tell you honestly in the audit whether display is worth scaling for you yet.
For the audit, no. Screenshots, a creative export or read-only reporting is enough. For an engagement we work inside your DV360, The Trade Desk or Google Ads seats so you own the data and the relationships. We never lock campaigns inside a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
